Restorative Yoga at Wild Rice Retreat

Four week series. Unwind. Center. Revive your energy system. Uncover your true nature. Experience deep rest and true relaxation. Using supportive blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks, applying breathing techniques, Reiki, Mantra or simply silence, explore and discover sustainable ways to bring ease into your life both on and off the mat.  All levels of yoga experience, including newcomers, are welcome. Ongoing class. For strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Blending traditional with innovative yoga, with a focus on the breath. Includes a variety of poses presented in both foundational beginning and intermediate forms, so that beginners may feel welcome and develop confidence and continuing students can grow their practice.

all levels Yoga at the hub, bayfield

Four week series. A blend of traditional and contemporary yoga for all bodies and all levels of experience. Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga are presented in both foundational beginning and intermediate forms, so that beginners may feel welcome and develop confidence and continuing students can grow their practice. Props and support for all levels of experience will be provided. Participants should be able to practice downward dog with hands or forearms on a yoga mat.

11 - 12 pm (new series: March 6 — April 17 w/no class March 20)

chair yoga + chi gung at the hub, bayfield

Six week series. In this gentle group class participants sit on or stand beside a chair. Blending the mindful movement practices of Yoga and Chi Gung, this class may help you to reduce stress; develop strength, better balance, improved breathing, poise and increased range of motion. These traditional forms of movement bring greater mental clarity and inner tranquility. Core Yoga at wild rice retreat

Improve core strength and awareness. Move better. Increase ease. Although all body movement involves the core, a focus on the core as the whole torso that integrates the limbs can be freeing and empowering. Blending Pilates, Yoga and creative movement, this all levels class is for everyone.  No yoga or Pilates experience required.  Drop-ins are welcome!   Pre-registration appreciated but not required.
